Urban Community Questionnaire

The following survey was developed based on our 2001-2003 experience and is to aid Boards and their Management Team in organizing their thoughts and positions relative to several key Characteristic Tensions. It is designed to be a discussion starter in Staff Meetings or Board Committee Meetings. It is hoped that the surfacing of underlying and often unstated Strategic Positions will help bring them to the light and help the Organization move forward in Unity. If you would feel comfortable, please return a copy of the dynamics representing your organization. We are also available to discuss methods of resolving these tensions.
